Facility Services Coordinator
We are looking for a skilled Facility Services Coordinator to ensure a perfect workplace for our clients' personnel & premises. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their day-to-day requirements. You will be able to resolve issues, to give solutions, to supervise their facility services and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- Inspection of facility services in our clients' premises
- Managing and training staff of cleaning, technical services, etc.
- Managing service requests and issues raised by our clients
- Scheduling and monitoring tasks & programs of cleaning, technical services, etc.
- 2-4 years experience in similar position
- Bachelor degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of PC (MS Office, Outlook, ERP/CRM)
- Experience in customer service and/or in human resources
- Customer-centric approach
- Communication & organizational skills
- Dynamic and pleasant personality with team spirit
- Gross Salary from 800 € to 1.200 € (depending on the projects assigned)
